Mike McKenzie is a BBC award winning singer/songwriter based in Edinburgh. Reminiscent of Tom Odell, David Gray, Maggie Rogers and Villagers, his heartfelt lyrics are always front and centre in his writing and live performances. Described as "Gorgeous" by Jo Whiley on BBC Radio 2, “Glorious and Heartwarming” by Horse McDonald and “Absolutely Stunning” by Grant Stott, Mike’s music has received huge support from BBC Radio Scotland including 'Record of the Week' on the afternoon show as well as recently featuring on their iconic live music show 'The Quay Sessions with Roddy Hart' alongside Rianne Downey and Luke La Volpe. Mike’s debut album “I’d Wait Again” is set for release this Spring.

Outside of his solo work he is also the lead vocalist for collaborative studio project 'PJ Moore & Co.' alongside legendary synth player PJ Moore (The Blue Nile) and award winning composer/producer Malcolm Lindsay.
