Sujatha Menon

CAT was approached by poet, artist, musician and yoga teacher, Sujatha, in October 2021 and we were delighted to be able to offer her a month-long residency in March 2022. From the moment she arrived in Cromarty, Su immersed herself in the town, quickly befriending locals, exploring the buildings and landscape, researching and asking questions and enjoying the peace and tranquility at that time of year to get creative and build up an impressive body of poetry.

A collection of some of these poems have become the latest of Su's published books, Night Swan to Nigg, a beautiful, slim volume that we are proud to be selling from our offices at 19 Bank St, Cromarty (and via this website soon!).
