Needlefelt a Picture with Pretty Whyte Things - FULLY BOOKED - PLEASE CALL IF YOU'D LIKE TO JOIN THE WAITING LIST
Spend a winter afternoon with Frances Whyte from Pretty Whyte Things. She will guide you to create your own unique needle felted picture. Using needles and pure wool rovings, you'll make a landscape or still life. You'll leave with a framed picture, ready to hang.
During the afternoon, Frances will:
- demonstrate the techniques used,
- suggest composition and format of pictures,
- give instructions on using needle felting safely.
- talk about the versatility of wool rovings in various crafts, wet felting techniques, suppliers/stockists of materials and the use of felting in mixed textile arts.
The session is suitable for complete beginners and those with some crafting experience.
